Navio Immigration HQ — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Navio Immigration HQ (the “HQ” or “Portal”) and materials we make available through it. By accessing or using the HQ, you agree to these Terms.

1) Educational use; no legal advice; no retainer

Information in the HQ is for educational purposes only and may change without notice. It is not legal advice and does not create a consultant-client relationship with Navio Immigration or any RCIC. Results are not guaranteed. Always verify requirements with official sources (IRCC/ESDC/PNP) and seek advice for your situation by booking a consultation.

2) Licence to use materials

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use HQ content for your own use. No resale, republication, redistribution, scraping, training of AI models, or other commercial use without our prior written consent.

3) Your responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) the accuracy of information you submit; (b) keeping any login secure; and (c) using the HQ in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the site, or use the HQ for unlawful purposes.

4) User inputs & privacy

If you enter personal information into forms or templates, store it securely. Navio does not receive your inputs unless you submit them through the HQ or send them to us. Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5) Intellectual property

All HQ content is owned by Navio Immigration Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other IP laws. © Navio Immigration Inc. All rights reserved.

6) Third-party links and tools

The HQ may reference third-party websites, programs, or calculators. We are not responsible for their content or availability. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

7) Disclaimer of warranties

The HQ and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navio Immigration Inc., its RCICs, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the HQ. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the specific HQ resource giving rise to the claim.

9) Compliance with professional standards

Navio and its RCICs comply with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) Code of Professional Conduct and by-laws. HQ materials and marketing are truthful and do not guarantee outcomes or imply government affiliation.

10) Changes, termination, and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any HQ feature or content at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where provincial consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
